• Garlic and cheese bundle - cheese with chopped parsley, seasoned with garlic and black pepper, wrapped in filo pastry
• Baby vol au vent - filled with salmon mousse and avocado

Mains

• Four different spit roasted meats:
• Pork with crackling and apple sauce
• Lamb with rosemary and mint sauce
• Beef with horseradish/mustard sauce
• Chicken with a rich tasty gravy

Served with hot gourmet potatoes tossed in parsley butter, sliced and buttered french bread served with a rich tasty gravy and all of the salads selection

Salads

• Tossed lettuce
• Lettuce garnished with a selection of fresh garden vegetables
• Italian Pasta - pasta, diced salami, pepper, tomatoes, olives, spring onion with Italian dressing
• Beetroot Vinaigrette - cooked beetroot tossed in vinaigrette and seasoned with lemon and freshly ground pepper
• Hawaiian pasta - spiral pasta with ham and pineapple
• Rice Salad - long grain rice, sultanas, pineapple, corn kennels, diced green and red capsicums
• Potato Salad - diced potatoes, grated carrots, sliced celery, capsicum, mayonnaise and fresh parsley
• Surimi Salad - Surimi crab meat with a delicious seafood dressing
• Curried Egg Salad - sliced egg, spring onion and parsley in a piquant curried mayonnaise dressing

In the winter salads are replaced with

• Minted garden peas
• Honey glazed carrots
